Recently, we interviewed five candidates for one of our head varsity coaching positions, and it was alarming how poorly they did as a group. Part of becoming a successful program is establishing rapport with youth coaches and players, while being able to find/select the best and correct players for your team. “I plan on developing and refining the skills of our current players, while also creating good relationships with High School and Club coaches around the state of Missouri to ensure strong recruiting efforts year after year. “It is every coach’s dream to be able to come into such a young program and get to help build something special.
